The best pick to beat Warren, and other basic advice

Many people have already cast their ballots early for the Massachusetts primary on September 3. If you haven’t done so yet, do so on Tuesday.

More than 60 percent of registered voters in the state are now “nonregistered” — independents. That 60-plus percent can vote in any party primaries that interest them, so don’t be put off by not being registered as, say, a Republican

These campaigns haven’t received much attention, but Tuesday’s vote does feature some interesting battles, starting with the Republican Senate race to determine who will take on the shameless fake Indian, Senator Elizabeth Warren.

It looks like John Deaton wins and he is the best person to take on the fake Indian.

Admittedly, he has some odd quirks. When I asked him during the debate I moderated Friday night in Hyannis about state and local Republicans he admired, he oddly named Sen. James Lankford and former Gov. Charlie Baker.

What I love most about Deaton is how much he hates Warren. You can just hear it in his tone. He can even come on a little too strong sometimes with how much he despises her.

Deaton’s opponent, Quincy City Councilman Ian Cain, doesn’t seem like a bad guy, despite his old social media posts with Democrats like Mayor Michelle Wu. Cain’s parents attend his events, and he always keeps his cool — an underrated quality in politicians.

Cain uses the tactical argument that the fake Indian, as a gay black man, wouldn’t be able to come at him nearly as hard as she would Deaton. Wokeness, you know.

But Harry Truman always said, “If you give people a choice between a Republican and a Republican, they will always vote for the Republican.”

Cain v. Warren would be one of those races. Democrat would beat Democrat.

Overall, Deaton will have a lot more money, as crypto community PACs have already spent millions torturing Warren.

And it would be entertaining to see Deaton go one-on-one with Lieawatha. His hands-off approach to Trump, his autobiography full of too much information — they might grab the attention of GOP voters, but not so much in a Massachusetts general election campaign.

Fire in his belly and money in his pocket — despite the warts, Deaton is the man. He may not win, but he can get more out of the fake Indian’s skin than anyone else.

Corrupt Norfolk County District Attorney Michael “Meatball” Morrissey will not be on the ballot Tuesday, but two of his henchmen are in Norfolk County.

The quickest way to make Morrissey disappear is to convince the rest of the Quincy hacker gang that his outrageous dereliction of duty in all those cop-involved murder cases could one day cost them their own bogus jobs.

Two Norfolk County elections that are far below the Democratic ballot offer an opportunity to reject two of Meatball’s mediocre henchmen.

In the race for Clerk of the Court, to support Karen Read and the memory of Sandra Birchmore, vote for Clerk Robert Jubinville. He is being opposed by one of Meatball’s foot soldiers, who has failed the bar exam six times. Six times!

In the battle for the register of deeds, the Meatball Mafia targets incumbent Bill O’Donnell of Norwood. They have appointed a “landscape architect” from Quincy who kneels when he passes Meatball.

In Norfolk County, vote for the bungler from Norwood instead of Meatball’s bungler from Quincy. It matters.

On the Cape, there’s a particularly odious, corrupt Democrat running for reelection — Chris “Flim Flam” Flanagan. He was narrowly elected in 2022 after a series of scandalous campaign frauds, including creating a commission headed by a woman who didn’t exist and then flat-out lying about it to state auditors.

“You fabricated her existence from the beginning,” the Office of Campaign and Political Finance wrote to Flim Flam Flanagan in May, before fining him and his campaign $15,000.

Of course, OCPF waited to release its findings until just before the May deadline for filing nominations, because… Democrats. Republicans on the Cape were surprised by the fact that there was no candidate to challenge Flim Flam Flanagan.

Now the GOP has a write-in candidate: Jerry O’Connell, a former Marine from the port of Yarmouth.

To get on the November ballot against Flim Flam, O’Connell needs just 150 write-in votes by Tuesday.

If you are casting a Republican vote in Dennis, Yarmouth or Brewster, please write to State Representative: Jerry O’Connell, 24 Jeannes Path, Yarmouth Port MA.

Remember, you must fill in both his name and address if you are casting a GOP vote in the First Barnstable District.

Or just go to the person with the green O’Connell sign outside the polling station. They have voting cards that you can take with you when you go to vote.

At some point, these shady local politicians have to face the consequences of their crimes. Flim Flam Flanagan seems like a good place to start.

Meanwhile, the state GOP is still trying to recover from four catastrophic years of insane and mindless misrule by Jim “Jones” Lyons and his lunatic Kool Aid Kult.

Like Hamas in Gaza, the Cult has been defeated and decimated. Like Hamas, all the Cult has left is a handful of suicide bombers, total dead-ends who are only trying to eliminate not the Democrats, but their fellow Republicans.

In two GOP-controlled districts, the Kult has campaigned against incumbent Republicans: Rep. Paul Frost in Worcester’s 7th District and Rep. Susan Williams Gifford of Wareham.

Don’t drink the Kool-Aid, vote for Frost or Gifford.

Want to know which perennial Kool Aid cult losers are funneling money to oust Gifford? They include Geoff “DoorDash” Diehl, James “My Cousin Vinny” McMahon and Mrs. Jim Jones Lyons — Bernadette Lyons.

Among them or their spouses, those three have been at least 0-for-10 in recent elections. I wonder how their hand-picked cronies would do in a general election, since the Cult has never won a single contested election for an open seat in 2020 or 2022.

How can we miss the Kool Aid Kult if it doesn’t go away?

One race in Boston, for the SJC open office, Suffolk County. (Whatever that means.)

Again, you will know a politician by their supporters. In this case, Boston City Councilor Erin Murphy is NOT — I repeat, NOT — supported by the likes of Michelle Wu, Ayanna Pressley, Andrea Campbell, Jamie Eldridge, and a host of other horrors.

What else do you need to know if you live in Suffolk County? The revolving doors hate her, so you should vote for Erin Murphy for SJC Clerk of Court, Suffolk County.
