Swedish House Mafia and Alicia Keys join forces for new single ‘Finally’

Swedish House Mafia and Alicia Keys have teamed up for a new single, “Finally.” The collaborative single from the veteran producers and iconic singer-songwriter is a fresh reinterpretation of the classic Kings of Tomorrow track.

It’s been about two years since this collaboration came about and in that time Swedish House Mafia has built up quite a hype by playing the record at various festivals.

“Finally” marks the first new release from Swedish House Mafia since officially dropping “Lioness” with Niki & the Dove earlier this year. Like “Finally,” Swedish House Mafia also shared “Lioness” in a live premiere in 2023.

In addition to their two Grammy nominations, Swedish House Mafia became the first electronic act to headline Madison Square Garden in 2011 and the first to take the main stage at Coachella in 2012. Perhaps their most enduring hit, “Don’t worry child,” has been certified quintuple platinum since first shooting to the top of the UK and US charts upon its release in 2013. Swedish House Mafia returned from a five-year hiatus in 2018 to pave the way for their 2022 debut album. Paradise againnearly fifteen years after the trio of Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso and Axwell first came together in 2008.

Alicia Keys is a 16-time Grammy Award-winning author, producer, actress, and entrepreneur. Last year, she toured 22 cities with her Keys To The World and this year she’s focused on a Broadway show she’s been working on for 13 years, “Hell’s Kitchen,” which has since been nominated for 13 Tony Awards. Keys’ original musical premiered at the Shubert Theater in April of this year.
