Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-level OSINT Analyst to support the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and various other locations in CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of ​​Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities:

· The Contractor shall provide Open Source Collector support with demonstrated proficiency in collecting, processing, exploiting and disseminating intelligence information, including but not limited to PAI and Commercially Available Information (CAI).

· Meet time-sensitive, ad hoc, and routine internal and external requests for information requiring Open Source collection and reporting for the USCENTCOM AOR, with secondary reporting on areas of interest or influence affecting the AOR.

· Produce high-quality, targeted and relevant Open Source Warning Intelligence Reports (Tippers) and Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) aimed at answering priority intelligence requirements.

· Work with collections managers to ensure open source requirements are submitted into the current Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) system to document and validate intelligence requirements assigned to USCENTCOM.

· Support the deployment, development, and maintenance of USCENTCOM J2 Open Source tools and technologies.

· Collaborate effectively with customers and partners regarding meeting intelligence requirements through Open Source collection.

· Comply with the provisions of all applicable and current National, DoD, Agency, USCENTCOM, and Directorate Open Source policies and instructions in the performance of their duties.

· Support the development, updating and dissemination of Open Source policies for all components and elements operating in the theater. 

· Demonstrate and apply understanding of various Open Source collection platforms and techniques, explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to support the generation of OSIRs and Open Source Tippers.

· The contractor must be available to support 24/7 shifts at the Command Joint Operations Center during routine and crisis operations requiring additional support.

Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific employment category, at least some of which must have occurred in the past 2 years.
