After delay, Okposo gets to lift the Stanley Cup in his home city

The veteran forward proudly displayed the trophy in his hometown of St. Paul, Minnesota, in front of a store with a Panthers banner.

The photo was shared by Hockey Hall of Fame Keeper of the Cup Phil Pritchard after what must have been a long day.

Still, Okposo and a few locals made the best of it. As he and many, many others can attest, when it comes to holding the Cup, better late than never.
