Extreme Heat Advisory issued July 20 at 1:32 AM MST through July 20 at 8:00 PM MST by NWS Phoenix AZ

* WHAT…Dangerously hot conditions. Afternoon temperatures 110 to
116 degrees. High heat risk.

* WHERE…Southwest Arizona

* WHEN… Until 8pm MST tonight.

* EFFECTS… Heat-related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events. Overexposure can cause heat cramps and heat
exhaustion to develop and can, without intervention, lead to heat
heart attack.
An extreme heat warning means that a period of very hot days is coming.
