San Francisco Giants Release 2025 Regular Season Schedule

The San Francisco Giants know their game dates and home and away opponents for the 2025 regular season, with the schedules for all 30 teams released on their website and social media.

The Giants open the season away at Cincinnati, where they will face the Reds at home on March 27. After a day off on Friday, the Giants and Reds will play two more games to close out the opening series.

From there, the Giants are scheduled for their first interleague series when they travel to Houston on March 31 to take on the Astros.

San Francisco then returns home to host the Seattle Mariners for their home opener on April 4. Following a three-game series, the Reds come to town for a three-game series, wrapping up the Giants’ season series against Cincinnati.

The Giants’ interleague competition is taking an interesting turn as the Athletics will no longer play in Oakland in 2025.

Next season, the Athletics will play for the first time at Sutter Health Park, a Triple-A stadium that will be their home for the next few seasons as they prepare to relocate from Oakland to Las Vegas.

Sacramento happens to be the Giants’ Triple-A affiliate.

The Giants host the Athletics from May 16-18, then play the Athletics in Sacramento from July 4-6.

Other interleague home series for the Giants include Texas, Kansas City, Boston, Cleveland, Tampa Bay and Baltimore.

Other interleague away games for the Giants include trips to the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Angels, Minnesota, Detroit, Chicago White Sox and Toronto.

The All-Star break will take place from July 14-17, with the game scheduled for July 15. The Giants will close the first half of the season with a home game against the Los Angeles Dodgers from July 11-13, then resume their season visiting Toronto from July 18-20. They will then take a road trip to Atlanta to take on the Braves.

The final month of the season will feature seven games with the Dodgers, three at home from September 12-14 and four away from September 18-21.

San Francisco closes the season with two home series against the St. Louis Cardinals from September 22-24 and against the Colorado Rockies from September 26-28.

Playing times and television announcements are not yet part of the schedule. They will come later this year or during the off-season.
