1 injured in early morning shooting in Lansing Park

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A man is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after a shooting that happened early Saturday morning at Adado Riverfront Park in Lansing, just off East Saginaw Street.

Lansing police responded to the shooting around 3:30 a.m., Sgt. Anthony VandeVoorde confirmed.

The investigation is ongoing and police have not named a suspect. Police say they believe the shooting was an isolated incident.
