Biden drops out of 2024 race

Former President Trump lashed out at President Biden on Sunday, shortly after the president announced he was abandoning his re-election bid, warning that the nation will “suffer tremendously” as a result of Biden’s single term.

“The corrupt Joe Biden was not fit to run for President, and is certainly not fit to serve – and never was!” Trump wrote on Truth Social Sunday. “He only got to the position of President by lies, fake news, and by not leaving his basement. Everyone around him, including his doctor and the media, knew he was unfit to be President, and he was not –“

“And now look at what he has done to our country, with millions of people coming across our border, totally unchecked and uncontrolled, many from prisons, mental institutions, and record numbers of terrorists. We will suffer tremendously because of his presidency, but we will repair the damage he has done very quickly. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Trumps

The comments came less than an hour after Biden withdrew from the 2024 race, ending a 50-year political career.
