When will the first Lego store open in Nebraska?

The Lego company aims to open its first store in Nebraska by the end of September.

The store will open in a retail space at the Nebraska Crossing shopping center in Gretna, near Interstate 80 and U.S. Highway 6.

According to Rod Yates, owner of Nebraska Crossing, the target date is September 20.

But since the target date is so far away, it’s probably a good idea to wait a little longer before marking it in your calendar.

The mall has a teaser on its Facebook page with a photo of children playing with the famous plastic bricks and the message: “Coming soon! Late summer/early fall”

Yates said employees are busy getting the store ready.

“It’s under construction,” he said. “I know because my office is above the space and I hear the construction noise. They also put in new window graphics.”
