Elizondo oversees all contingency and exercise operations for the 19th Airlift Wing and leads seven Air Force Soldiers who support 55 C-130 Super Hercules aircraft, 648 unit type code requirements, 3,400 personnel and 700,000 tons of cargo across three commands.


Additionally, she established several processes and procedures that aligned the Expeditionary Air Base’s 2025 deployment requirements, synchronizing more than 40 Air Base missions for 12,000 prospective deployers. She coordinated airlift support for three Team Little Rock deployment missions that executed the departure of the 19th AW First Lead Wing.


Finally, Elizondo created and implemented reconstitution operations for the Wing, centralizing all possessing agencies under one roof. She managed two processing lines for 191 deployers from six squadrons, while reducing the reintegration time required for members to begin post-mission rest by 75%.
