LeBron James and his family have been a major topic of conversation this basketball season. That’s largely due to son Bronny James’s recent NBA Draft selection.

His other son, Bryce James, is now also being brought into the conversation.

Bryce participated in the Peach Jam last week, which was held in Augusta, South Carolina. A highlight video was posted showing his production at the event on Monday.

The social media account that posted the footage wrote that James was “packing his bag” as he showed off some of his best moments. The viral clip, which has been viewed by 3.3 million viewers at the time of writing, showed off his ability to get to the bucket, showcased his three-point range and highlighted a vicious block on a helpless defender.

Indeed, it seems he dominated the opposition.

Ant Wright, a staff member for the college basketball team, disagreed.

He analyzed Bronny James’ stats during the Peach Jam and said they tell a different story.

“LeMedia does it again… he was 31% from the field, 17.6% from 3 at Peach Jam,” Wright wrote while I was reposting the clip.

The event’s official website states that Bryce James averaged 5.6 points and 2.4 rebounds per game, playing 22.2 minutes per game.

He made 3 of 17 three-pointers and hit 50 percent of his free throws.

James is seen as a legitimate college basketball prospect and many believe he will be better than his older brother. Rated as a Top 200 player by 24/7 SportsHe currently holds offers from Duquesne and Ohio State.

Wright probably doesn’t have a problem with Bryce James as a basketball player, but more with the way he is promoted given his NBA father.

Many believe LeBron James played a major role in the Lakers selecting their son, Bronny, despite his mediocre performances and major health issues.

The college basketball story writer can already see the hype surrounding the James family building.

This event does not define his prospects as a candidate, but Wright does want to see a true representation of his performance.
