Deputies searching for suspect in Port Allen shooting

PORT ALLEN – Officers are searching for a man suspected of shooting one person Tuesday night.

The West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office says they are looking for 23-year-old Julius Knox Jr. of Baton Rouge on charges of attempted first-degree murder and armed robbery.

According to deputies, one person was shot on Rebelle Lane. They sustained injuries that were not life-threatening.
