Louisville could be getting its first Cook Out location

As previously reported by The Courier Journal, Cook Out will soon be replacing the former Rally’s location at 2412 Preston Highway. It’s unsure when construction will be complete but the restaurant chain, known for its extensive milkshake menu, burgers, barbecue and more, has 12 operating locations in Kentucky.
