Omar Mussa – Torquay United

Paul Wotton has built a reputation as one of the most skilful midfielders in non-League football, thanks to successful spells at clubs such as Dover, Weymouth and The Daggers. Paul Wotton’s side beat off a number of rival clubs to sign the 23-year-old Burundi international.

After starting his career at KV Mechelen, where he won the Belgian U18 title, Omar made the switch to English football, before making his EFL debut for League One club Walsall in 2019.

Mussa moved to Dover and then Weymouth before moving to Dagenham, where he made 45 appearances and scored 5 goals for the National League side. He also made his first international appearance for Burundi during their World Cup qualifying campaign.
