Miami FC returns to FIU Stadium to face Oakland Roots SC after losing to Charleston. This is the third match between the two teams ever, and only the second in the USL Championship. Their match last season ended in a 0-0 draw in Oakland. The only other time the two have faced each other was in the National Independent Soccer Association (NISA) where Miami won 3-2 at home.

Miami FC is back at FIU Stadium to take on Oakland Roots SC, as they look to remain undefeated against the California team.

Despite losing 2-0 to Charleston, Miami goalie Danny Gagliardi made several key saves throughout the game, marking the first time Gagliardi stepped into the net in place of Pipe Rodriguez.

Miami will also call on their leading scorers, Allen Gavilanes and Frank Lopez, as they hope to remain undefeated against the Oakland Roots.

Oakland Roots SC travels to the East Coast to face Miami FC after a 5-2 loss to Sacramento Republic. Oakland is third in the USL Championship Western Conference standings. With nine wins, two draws and ten losses, the Californian team has 29 points.

Johnny Rodriguez is the key player to watch for the away team. He has scored eight goals so far this season. Rodriguez scored two in the team’s last match, despite the loss.

Oakland, which has allowed 10 goals in its last two games, will try to secure three points next Saturday in South Florida.
