While some chains have partially closed, at least one is going bankrupt altogether.

Badcock Home Furniture & More, a retail chain with more than 300 stores in its portfolio, is closing all of its doors. This comes seven months after it was acquired by Conn’s HomePlus, which has filed for bankruptcy. More than 70 stores under the Conn’s brand will also close.

Badcock stores will remain open for liquidation sales until approximately October 31. There are two stores in Savannah, another in Pooler and another in Rincon.

Conn’s said in April during its fourth-quarter earnings report that total revenue fell 7.8% from a year earlier and the company reported a net loss of nearly $77 million for the year.
