LeBron and Durant lead USA Basketball to overwhelming victory in Paris Olympics opener

Veterans LeBron James And Kevin Durant led the United States men’s basketball team to a 110-84 victory in their opening Group C game against Serbia at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris on Sunday (July 28).

James, a two-time gold medalist (2008 Beijing, 2012 London) and one-time bronze medalist (2004 Athens), finished with 21 points (9-13 shooting), nine assists and seven rebounds. Durant, a three-time gold medalist (2012 London, 2016 Rio de Janeiro, 2020 Tokyo) and the all-time leading scorer at the Olympic Games, had 23 points and two rebounds.
