Concerns about road rage after man shot dead in Surprise

A man is dead after a shooting near 163rd and Grand Avenues Saturday afternoon in Surprise. Surprise police say multiple people called 911 after a 33-year-old man was shot multiple times in what was described as a road rage situation. That man was taken to the hospital and did not survive.
