Kirksville police arrest reports — July 7-23, 2024

Robert Allen Mason, 48, of Kirksville, was arrested at 202 W. Brewington Avenue at 8;14 pm on July 23, on a failure to appear warrant issued by 12th Judicial Circuit Court Judge Melissa Buckman Young on July 3. On Feb. 1, 2023, Mason was charged with felony non-support with total arrests in excess of 12 monthly payments. Bond was set at $500, cash only.

Clayton Wayne Munn35, of Atlanta, was arrested at 10:24 pm on July 19 at Village 76, on a warrant.

Carl Galvin33, was arrested at 10:11 am on July 20 at 500 N. Baltimore Street, for misdemeanor stealing from shoplifting.

Anthony Tyler Nelson32, of Kirksville, was arrested at 11:24 pm on July 20 on North Osteopathy Street for driving on a revoked or suspended driver’s license, a misdemeanor first offense.

Jeremy R. Peterson, of Kirksville, was arrested at 2:05 am on July 21 at 900 E. Washington Street, for misdemeanor DWI-alcohol. Peterson was involved in a minor traffic accident.

Eric Cornelison, 40, was arrested at 2:06 am on July 21 on East Cottonwood Street for not having a valid driver’s license, his third or subsequent offense, a felony, Police contacted Cornelison on a traffic stop.

Jackie Lo Stark39, of Kirksville, was arrested at 12:38 pm on July 18 at 800 E. Mill Street on a failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance as well as a failure to appear warrant for first degree trespassing.

Magen Lea Lowe, 36, of Kirksville, was arrested at 6:52 pm on July 18 on Pear Tree Lane, for felony drug possession and felony possession of a controlled substance; misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia with a prior drug offense; and failure to register a motor vehicle. Police came into contact with Lowe through a traffic stop.

Pamela Mack56, of Jefferson City, was arrested at 9:52 am on July 15 at 1407 S. Baltimore Street, for misdemeanor stealing.

Carlos Cano, 33, was arrested at 9:35 pm on July 15 at 418 E. Northtown Road on a warrant issued on Feb. 23, by 9th Judicial Circuit Judge Tracey A. Mason-White. The failure to appear warrant was from a misdemeanor driving with a revoked or suspended license charge, second or third offense dated July 13, 2023. Bond was set at $407.50, cash only.

Elijah Dee Baker20, of Kirksville, was arrested 10:47 am on July 12 at 1311 E. Jefferson Street for misdemeanor careless and imprudent driving (no accident), as well as on a failure to appear warrant out of Adair County.

Steven H; Wulff, 67, of Kirksville, was arrested at 5:09 pm on July 12 at 131 Lexington Lane on a misdemeanor charge of stealing.

Crystal McDonald41, was arrested at 7:41 pm on July 12 on East Scott Street for animals running at large.

Noah C. Higgins, 21, of Kirksville, was arrested at 2:08 am one July 13 on Crown Drive, for misdemeanor DWI-alcohol. Police made contact through a traffic stop.

Daniel E.A. Graves, 34, of Kirksville, was arrested at 9:57 am on July 13 at 823 E. Scott Street, on a misdemeanor first degree trespass charge. Police were responding to a suspicious subject call.

Gerbi Jason Geffrard20, of Kirksville, was arrested at 4:34 pm on July 13 at 1304 S. Baltimore Street for a warrant out of Adair County and misdemeanor 2nd degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Thompson W. Stricklen, III, 37, of Novinger, was arrested at 1:03 am on July 14 at 202 E. Illinois Street on a felony third degree domestic assault charge; felony possession of drugs and felony possession of a controlled substance.

Roy Dale Clark, 54, of La Plata, was arrested at 2:33 am on July 14 on North Walnut Street on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia with a prior drug offense. Police made contact through a traffic stop.

Brandon A. Garza, 19, of Zapata, was arrested at 12:46 am on July 14 on North Elson Street on a misdemeanor charge of being a minor visibly intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of more than .02 percent, a first offense, and misdemeanor no valid license, a first offense. Police made contact through a traffic stop.

Kenneth A. Thompson, II, 23, of Kirksville, was arrested 2:27 pm on July 14 at 2020 N. Baltimore Street on a failure to appear warrant out of Adair County. Police made contact through a traffic stop.

Kaydyn K. Aldridge, 20, of Kirksville, was arrested at 5:08 pm on July 14 at 201 S. Franklin Street for a Capias warrant issued on June 24 by 1st Judicial Circuit Court Judge Rick R. Roberts out of Schuyler County. Aldridge was facing two felony charges of stealing a firearm/explosive/weapon/ammonium nitrate dated Dec. 18, 2023. Bond was set at $75,000, cash only. Police made contact after responding to a “urinating in public” call. Aldridge was also charged with depositing bodily substance in public and false impersonation.

Eric Scott Claybrook, 36, of Gibbs, was arrested 12:56 pm on July 11 on New Street for a warrant issued on June 27 by 2nd Judicial Circuit Court Judge Kristie Jean Swaim. The failure to appear warrant was from a misdemeanor 2nd degree property damage charge dated Dec. 20, 2023.

Bradley Wilkins55, was arrested at 3:43 pm on July 11 on Washington Street for misdemeanor operating a motorcycle without a valid driver’s license for such operation, his second offense.

David G. Fwambemba, 33, of Whitehall, was arrested at 3:22 pm on July 9 at 608 Meadow Crest Drive on a warrant. In a probable cause statement, police allege Fwambemba pulled a gun on a person and had traveled from Columbus, Ohio, to shoot them. Fwambemba told police he saw a Tik Tok video of the victim “disrespecting” his girlfriend.

Brian Keith Ruggles62, of Kirksville, was arrested at 7:24 am on July 8 at 800 N. Green Street for failure to appear on a charge of owner operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.
