Statewide Silver Alert Issued for 14-Year-Old Hartford City Girl

Jasmine Marie Phillips, 14, was last seen around 7 p.m. Monday night in Hartford City.

She is described as a Hispanic female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 125 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing her hair in a ponytail, clear-framed glasses, a black hoodie, jeans, and black show boots.

When last seen, she was riding a dark blue mountain bike with blue-green brake levers.

According to Silver Alert, the teen is in grave danger and may require medical attention.
