Silver Alert Issued for Missing 14-Year-Old from Hartford City

HARTFORD CITY — Indiana State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 14-year-old from Hartford City.

Jasmine Marie Phillips, 14, is of Hispanic descent and is further described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 125 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Jasmine is missing in Hartford City, Indiana. She was last seen on July 29th at 7:00 p.m.

According to police, Jasmine was last seen with her hair in a ponytail and wearing clear-framed glasses. She was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, and black shoes. She was riding a dark blue mountain bike with teal brake levers.

Jasmine is believed to be in grave danger and may require medical attention.
