A man accused of starting a wildfire by driving on a missing tire is facing charges, California fire officials said.

The Flora fire, which burned 95 acres (36 hectares) in four days near Geyserville in Sonoma County, is now 100 percent contained, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection said.

Justin Roy Jones, 49, was arrested Wednesday, July 25, on suspicion of unlawfully and recklessly starting an arson attack and violating his probation, the agency said in a news release.

Jones drove four miles (6.4 kilometers) down Chalk Line Road on Tuesday, July 24, with a missing front tire on his pickup truck, fire officials said.

Sparks from the rim trailing across the sidewalk sparked three separate fires, threatening multiple buildings and sparking the Flora fire, officials said.

Geyserville is located approximately 75 miles northwest of San Francisco.
