Hotline TNT Announces North American Tour with Disq, Shares ‘Somersault’ Remix EP │ Exclaim!

Brooklyn shoegazers Hotline TNT have announced new North American tour dates with Disq this fall, shared alongside an EP featuring remixes of select tracks from the band’s 2023 single. cartwheel.

The Somersault The EP is out today via Third Man Records, featuring edits from They Are Gutting a Body of Water, DJ Sabrina the Teenage DJ, Poisonfrog, Downstairs J and Car Culture.

“I had no idea what to expect when we sent the stems off to the cartwheel “I remixed all five tracks, and all five of these visions were making my head spin,” Hotline TNT frontman Will Anderson said of the EP. “When artists asked me what BPM the song was at or how much headroom I should leave in the mix, I didn’t know how to answer and probably just gave them a thousand-yard stare as I reminisced about the horrors of my GarageBand project files and left them to figure it out for themselves.”

The band’s fall tour kicks off on September 28th in Philadelphia, PA. They’ll head into Canada early in the tour, crossing the border to play Montreal’s Bar le Ritz on September 30th and Toronto’s Great Hall on October 1st. The remaining tour dates will wrap up in the U.S., with the final show currently scheduled for October 18th in Eau Claire, WI.
