Are the truth tellers now the political prisoners? How long will free people put up with this before it becomes clear that there is no freedom for anyone anymore?

I received two emails today (one from my good friend Vera Sharav and one from my respected colleague Iurie Roshka) detailing how they are being treated by the prison system and the courts. LEGAL RULES pure and simple, designed to break these individuals. Destroy them, silence them, and do it with a lot of publicity to scare the rest of us from ever speaking our truth openly again, ever.

Iurie will soon go to prison for 6 years for a crime he did not commit and for which there are no witnesses or evidence. The judge who sentenced him (and for 2 years more than the prosecutor had demanded) has received a reward.

I asked Iurie, a respected politician, academic and author, to explain what happened to him and this is his story. Below that is information about the other two political prisoners who are in solitary confinement in Germany, of all places.

Yuri Roshka August 7, 2024

In connection with my six-year prison sentence, I was asked by some friends from abroad to briefly explain my case. The text below is written in the third person to avoid the use of “I”.

Yuri Roshka – journalist, editor and politician – is a former anti-communist dissident from the Republic of Moldova who became an anti-globalization dissident. He was one of the main leaders of the national emancipation, anti-Soviet and pro-independence movement during the Perestroika period. For more than two decades he was the leader of the main opposition party, the Popular Front of Moldova, later renamed the Christian Democratic People’s Party. His party is the first in the former Soviet Union to affiliate with the Christian Democratic International and the European People’s Party. After several years, the Christian Democratic People’s Party withdrew from these political structures in protest against their advocacy of economic colonialism, the LGBT agenda and corrupt politicians, in other words, the entire globalist agenda of the New World Order.

Roshka was a four-time member of the National Assembly of Moldova (1994-2009) and served twice as Deputy Speaker of the Parliament and Deputy Prime Minister. He is a prolific author and has translated into Romanian a large number of works by prominent authors of the French metapolitical resistance.

Since 2009 he has worked exclusively as a journalist, editor and social critic. He is and remains an implacable opponent of the corrupt and criminalized governments that have succeeded each other since 2009 when a coup d’état was carried out using the formula of the “color revolution”.

In 2017, he and a group of anti-system intellectuals founded the Chisinau foruman international think tank named after its country’s capital, Chisinau. This international initiative has gained increasing visibility in recent years, bringing together authors, researchers and scholars from a wide range of countries to expose and reject the globalist agenda of technocratic tyranny. During his almost 40 years of journalistic and political activity, Yuri Roshka was the target of multiple attempts at suppression through criminal convictions, instrumentalized by various ruling interest groups. However, thanks to the enormous media attention and international support, Yuri Roshka has so far managed to avoid being sent to prison.

Since March 2020, when the fake COVID-19 pandemic broke out, Yuri Roshka reached hundreds of thousands of readers and viewers through his articles and videos, making him one of the most popular journalists in Moldova and Romania. Some of Roshka’s commentaries were viewed more than a million times before YouTube And Facebook his accounts have been deleted.

In March 2022, in the context of the Russian military intervention in Ukraine, on the orders of the Director of the Intelligence and Security Service, his website for news and political analysis www.flux.md and his blog www.iurierosca.md were blocked for “war propaganda”. These actions were accompanied by persistent attempts by exponents of political power to force the Public Prosecutor’s Office to initiate criminal proceedings against him.

In the Republic of Moldova, the state administration is controlled by the vast network of mercenaries of the international bankers. George Soros. In an attempt to silence Yuri Roshka at all costs, the political regime in Chisinau has revived an older criminal case, which was fabricated in 2017 at the request of the exponents of the previous government. Thus, for 7 years, a case with no legal prospects, initiated at the request of a criminal regime, has been illegally resumed and brought to an absurd and illegal conclusion. Yuri Roshka is accused of influential trade (or influence trading, traffic of influence).

The whistleblower is a businessman with a dubious reputation who claims to have offered Yuri Roshka large sums of money in the fall of 2009 (!!!) and in March 2011 to influence a favorable decision in the Supreme Court. Evidence – zero, witnesses – zero. During the 7 years that the investigation into this case dragged on in the first court, three judges succeeded each other. The first retired, the second judge proved to be objective and the case went towards acquittal of Yuri Roshka. Thus, at the request of the lawyers, the court issued a verdict lifting the seizure unlawfully imposed by the prosecutor and the investigating judge on real estate and money that did not belong to the defendant.

However, the Public Prosecutor’s Office appealed this verdict to the Court of Appeal and obtained its annulment. Shortly afterwards, the criminal case was unlawfully taken over from Judge Renata Popescu Baltă and transferred by means of an abuse order signed by the Acting President of the Chisinau District Court, Livia Mitrofanjudgements Ana Cucerescu.

In other words, an illegal court has been established, which is in flagrant violation of national law and the European Convention on Human Rights. Moreover, the person who is handling the case is completely obedient to the political regime in Chisinau.

Thus, for two months, in methodical and gross violation of all legal procedures, including the right to a fair trial, the right to present new witnesses, the right to speak at the trial, etc., On August 6, Judge Ana Cucerescu handed down a sentence of six years’ imprisonment, with the confiscation of a building and large sums of money that do not belong to the suspect. In addition, Yuri Roshka is not allowed to leave the country. It should be noted that during the trial on July 23, the prosecutor requested a 4-year deprivation of liberty. So this is a very exceptional case in which the court imposes a heavier sentence than the prosecutor demands.

Sources within the ruling party revealed that by sentencing Yuri Roshka, Judge Ana Cucerescu was carrying out a political order, in return for which she demanded administrative promotion. This fact was confirmed by the official statement of the former President of the Republic of Moldova Vladimir Voronin on August 6, claiming that an envoy of President Maia Sandu promised the judge the position of member of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary in exchange for Yuri Roshka’s maximum prison sentence.

To better understand the political context in which the attempt to imprison Yuri Roshka is taking place, we note the following: Presidential elections will be held in the Republic of Moldova on October 20 this yearThe globalist command centers are only too eager to keep the puppet installed 4 years ago, the exponent of the Soros clan Maia Sandu, in the saddle. A national referendum will also be held to approve Moldova’s accession to the European Union on October 20.and Yuri Roshka is one of the most outspoken and influential critics of both the current head of state and the EU integration line.

Under the protection of the American and European establishment, the rulers of Chisinau, through the exemplary imprisonment of Yuri Roshka, are trying to intimidate and silence other critics of the regime.

On August 17, Yuri Roshka’s lawyers are to file an appeal with the Court of Appeal. The same case will then be heard by the Supreme Court. But the chances that the decision of the first court will be overturned are negligible.This is because Soros’ mafia-like octopus has managed in recent years to extend its tentacles to all structures of the judiciary.

The only convincing argument that could convince the regime in Chisinau to release Yuri Roshka from captivity is a strong reaction from political factors and public figures in various countries of the world. The imprisonment of Yuri Roshka must have electoral consequences for the political clique that holds power in the Republic of Moldova.

Below is news I received this morning from a friend in Germany, where the justice system has already gone back in time, back to their “unmentionable” history. Anyone who brings up “Nazi tactics” is met with a dose of cruelty that people claim does not exist.

For example: Reiner and Johanna Findeisen, who testified in episode 3 of my documentary Never Again is Now Global about her uncle’s experiences in a slave camp…

We are witnessing indiscriminate mass murder in Gaza and the ongoing torture of individual dissidents…

This is what she received:

On August 2, I attended an event about the defamation and persecution of dissidents. In the meantime, I am a sort of freelance reporter for Report24, a good new outlet with about 3-4 million clicks a month. I wrote an article about the event and conducted three interviews.

Reiner (Fuellmich)was mentioned, his lawyer was there and presented very interesting data.

Of course, Reiner is not alone. For a woman, this kind of treatment is even harder.

Johanna Findeisen has been in pre-trial detention since May 2023. Her lawyer was also present. Johanna had to undergo intravaginal and intraanal examinations before she was allowed to enter the court on the day of the trial, and then again afterwards. What were they looking for? What would have entered during the trial?

The person who ‘examined’ Johanna was so masked and dressed that it was impossible to see whether it was a man or a woman; in any case, it was not a gynecologist. This is just a small ‘anecdote’ from the wide arsenal of fascist methods of psychological dissolution.

Both Reiner and Johanna (and many others) have an hour off each day and two visits per month. Solitary confinement is torture. I am in contact with Reiner’s lawyer. She believes that Reiner will eventually be completely dispossessed, which would not make him the first. The whole process is of course a farce.
