These 20+ Games Are Coming to Xbox Next Week (August 12-16)

Welcome to your Xbox games overview for August 12-16! There are a few big releases coming in the next few days, including Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Madden NFL 25, and the free next-gen upgrade for Hunt: Showdown. The biggest addition to Xbox Game Pass is the fantastic Mafia: Definitive Edition from a few years back.

Here’s what’s coming to Xbox next week:

New Xbox Releases (August 12-16)

Hidden by Time 2: Discovery (August 13): “Hidden Through Time 2: Discovery is a fun hidden object game where you search for hidden objects in hand-drawn, interactive landscapes. Let your imagination run wild, unleash your inner artist with the editor, and share your masterpieces with the world!”

Pizza bar magnate (August 13): “Watch out! This pizzeria is going to be the talk of the town soon! Well… that’s the plan anyway. Your customers are already lining up, so you need to serve them as quickly as possible.”

Cat’s Request (August 14): “The fantastic detective story about an alien cat named Ash and his virtual assistant, who live in a metropolis controlled by artificial intelligence.”

Green Hell for Xbox Series X & S (August 14): “The game includes three major content updates previously only available on PC. The game is now available as a standalone purchase and as a FREE upgrade for all previous-gen owners.”

Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse (August 14): The final game in Telltale’s Sam & Max trilogy, beautifully remastered! Explore strange locations, meet eccentric characters, and solve mind-bending puzzles in this bizarre paranormal adventure with a surprise around every corner.

Thief Simulator 2 (August 14): “Thief Simulator 2 takes you to a world full of valuables, expensive cars and rustling banknotes. If you find a way to steal them. Know that the job of a thief is not easy.”

Kena: Bridge of Spirits (August 15): “Kena: Bridge of Spirits is a story-driven action-adventure set in a charming world of exploration and fast-paced combat. Players will find and grow a team of pint-sized spirit friends called the Rot, upgrading their abilities and creating new ways to manipulate the environment.”
