98 vehicles stolen, 66 robbed and four killed in capital on WoW – Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Carjacking gangs have stolen more than 90 motorcycles and eight vehicles from the jurisdiction of various police stations in the capital in the past week.

According to data collected by Company recorderArmed criminals and robbers struck at 66 different locations in the city, robbing dozens of citizens of gold, cash and mobile phones worth millions of rupees.

During the same period, no fewer than four murders were reported at various police stations in the city.

During the period under review, criminal gangs were most active in Khanna, Karachi Company, Margalla, Ramna, Shalimar, Sabzi Mandi and Aabpara police stations.

During the same period, car thieves stole 11 motorcycles and one car from Khanna police station limits, eight motorcycles from Aabpara police station jurisdiction, eight motorcycles from Secretariat police station jurisdiction, eight from Shalimar police station limits, eight motorcycles from Ramana police station limits and six motorcycles from Margalla police station jurisdiction.

Last week, unknown armed persons and robbers struck at nine different locations and car thieves stole twelve vehicles at Khanna police station. Another five cases of carjacking and four cases of street crime and robbery were reported at Karachi Company police station. Armed persons struck at four different locations and car thieves stole eight bicycles at Ramna police station. Three cases of robbery, one case of street crime and eight cases of car theft were reported at Shalimar police station.

Last week, two mobile phones and cash were stolen by armed persons at two different locations and eight bicycles were stolen by car thieves from Aabpara police station.

During the same period, robbers struck at one location and car thieves stole eight motorcycles from the Secretariat police station.

In addition, seven cases of carjacking, three cases of robbery, two cases of street crime and one case of murder were reported to the Shehzad City Police Station in the past week.
