3 South Carolina men arrested and charged with sexual exploitation of minor, attorney general says

COLUMBIA, SC (WBTV) – Three South Carolina men have been arrested for sexual exploitation of minors, the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office said.

AG Alan Wilson said Robert Glenn Sanders Jr., 26, of Rock Hill, Benjamin Ungur, 32, of Clover, and Fredrick Daniel Dunn, 59, of Rock Hill were arrested and charged with a total of 18 counts of sexual exploitation of minors.

The York County Sheriff’s Office made the arrests and stated they are not related.

Officials say they received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) that led them to Sanders, Ungur and Dunn. Investigators say Sanders distributed files containing child abuse material and Ungur and Dunn possessed and distributed files containing child abuse material.

Sanders was arrested on August 7 and charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison for each count.

Ungur was arrested on August 13 and charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in the second degree and three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in the third degree, crimes punishable by up to 10 years in prison each.

Dunn was also arrested on August 13 and charged with five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in the second degree and five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in the third degree.

All these cases are being prosecuted by the Public Prosecution Service.
