Doctor Salvador Plasenciawho was also charged in connection with Perry’s death, apparently gave the 17 Again alum “a large dose” of the controlled substance, despite the fact that Perry was already undergoing treatment with a doctor.

Iwamasa has since pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine resulting in death. Meanwhile, Plasencia faces one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine, seven counts of distribution of ketamine and two counts of altering and falsifying documents or records related to the federal investigation, though he must enter his plea alone.
