Greenville Co. Man Arrested for Child Sexual Exploitation

GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC (WSPA) — A Pelzer man accused of possessing child pornography was arrested last week.

According to South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, Andrew Donald Kowal, 32, was arrested on August 15.

According to officials, a tip through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s CyberTipline led agents to Kowal.

Investigators determined that Kowal had files containing child sexual abuse material.

The 32-year-old was charged with three counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
