Mahila Congress today protested against allegations of sexual exploitation of a woman by BJP MP from Churah

The Mahila Congress, enraged over the allegations of sexual exploitation of a woman against the BJP MLA from Churah, today protested outside the district magistrate’s office led by District Shimla Rural Mahila Congress President Vanita Verma, demanding immediate arrest of the accused BJP MLA and strict legal action. She alleged that the BJP, in order to suppress the case, is pressuring the victim woman to withdraw the FIR by threatening her. She questioned the BJP top brass for remaining silent on the issue and said that this has exposed the anti-women face of the BJP.
Mahila Congress not only demands full justice for the victim woman but also demands full security for the victim’s family.
