Mafia: The Old Country Announced for 2025 Release, Set in 1900s Sicily

2K and Hangar 13 have officially revealed Mafia: The Old Countrythe newest entry in rhwie Mafia action-adventure franchise. The game is scheduled for release in 2025 and will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. At this time, all we have is confirmation of the game’s announcement, with more details to be shared in December.

The story is set in the brutal underworld of Sicily in the 1900s. Mafia: The Old Country aims to reveal the origins of organized crime through a gritty mafia story. Players can expect authentic realism and rich storytelling as they fight to survive in this dangerous and ruthless era.

Nick Baynes, President of Hangar 13, commented on the direction of the new game:

In Mafia: The Old Country, we’re going back to the roots of what fans love about the franchise.
