Francis Mercier remixes Swedish House Mafia’s single ‘Lioness’

Iconic GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum electronic supergroup Swedish House Mafia have released a remix of their latest single ‘Lioness‘ performance. Nikki & The pigeon (Franciscus Mercier (remix) via Republic Records. Originally released in June, ‘Lioness’ has been in high demand with fans since the record’s live premiere in 2023. Mercier brings the Afro house vibe to the original track, making it a perfect end of summer song.

Before ‘Lioness’, Swedish House Mafia’s single ‘Ray of the sun‘ was released in August. The angelic dance-ready track continues Swedish House Mafia’s nearly 15-year journey of pushing boundaries and redefining electronic music. As for Mercier, the Haitian-born DJ and producer continues to deliver music at an incredible pace in 2024. The ‘Lioness’ remix, by the way, already marks the talented man’s 11th release of the year.
