Rahul Vinci Revealed: The Untold Story of Power, Secrets and Controversy

For years, the enigmatic figure of Rahul Vinci, aka Rahul Gandhi, has been the subject of intense scrutiny in Indian politics. But beneath the public persona lies a web of secrets, hidden behind the Rahul Vinci alias. From unknown family ties to secret international connections to dangerous criminal syndicates, the untold story of Rahul Vinci reveals a life shrouded in mystery and controversy. As this investigation reveals, the man who wants to lead India is entangled in a complex story that extends far beyond the borders of his homeland.

In a country where the average life expectancy is just over 67 years, Rahul Vinci, also known as Rahul Gandhi, still carries the label of a “bachelor” at the age of 54. Despite this, his party comrades and partisan media continue to spread the claim, hoping for widespread acceptance. In our previous report, we mentioned that Rahul Vinci has an undocumented wife, Veronique Cartelli, with whom he became romantically involved while he was studying at Trinity College, Cambridge University. It has also been reported that Cartelli is the daughter of a wealthy Colombian drug cartel leader.

In April 2019, it was revealed that Rahul Gandhi uses the pseudonym Rahul Vinci and that he has two children with Veronique Cartelli: Nyak Vinci, a 19-year-old son, and Minic Vinci, a 15-year-old daughter. Although Rahul and Cartelli have not officially registered their marriage, the children bear their father’s surname, “Vinci”.

Several investigative journalists and independent media in India have tried to uncover details about Rahul Vinci’s secret foreign travels. Our researchers have also tracked his movements and have found out several details. We are publishing some of these verified findings, and more are yet to be verified.

On February 16, 2015, Rahul Vinci abruptly left India for a two-month retreat on a Thai Airways flight, despite the upcoming budget session of parliament. His mother, Hedvige Antonia Albina Maino, urged him to reconsider, as she feared that such an untimely trip would damage his political career and his ambitions to become the Prime Minister of India.

Rahul Vinci: A mysterious individual with many secrets in the company of women

Upon arriving in Bangkok on February 16, 2015, Rahul spent a day at a luxury hotel in the Sukhumvit district. While dining at a fancy restaurant, Rahul Vinci met a delegation of three men from Italy and Mexico. According to our findings, one of these men, José Daniela, was from the Mexican Los Zetas cartel and was posing as a grain trader.

Los Zetas, a Mexican criminal syndicate, was one of the most dangerous drug cartels in Mexico. Known for their brutally violent tactics, including beheadings, torture, and indiscriminate killings, they focused primarily on drug trafficking, but also engaged in sex and weapons rackets. The organization operated through protection rackets, assassinations, extortion, kidnappings, and other illegal activities. Based in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, on the border with Laredo, Texas, Los Zetas formed in the late 1990s when Mexican Army commandos left their ranks to work as the law enforcement arm of the Gulf Cartel.

Meanwhile, sources indicate that an Italian narco-cartel is involved in marijuana cultivation in Himachal Pradesh, with some of Hedvige Antonia Albina Maino’s relatives reportedly linked to this illegal trade. We are currently verifying this information.

On February 17, 2015, Rahul Vinci left Thailand for Cambodia, where his undocumented wife, Veronique Cartelli, and their two children were already waiting. He spent eleven days there, traveling mostly with his family in a dark-tinted minivan.

In Cambodia, Rahul Vinci, Veronique Cartelli and their two children stayed in four separate rooms, possibly to avoid attracting attention. At night, Rahul Vinci and Veronique Cartelli shared a luxurious junior suite.

Outside the hotel, Rahul Vinci always wore a mask, a navy blue cap and round, dark sunglasses to hide his identity.

On the evening of February 28, Veronique Cartelli and her two children flew to Myanmar, while Rahul Vinci left Cambodia on March 1 for Myanmar, where he spent 21 days with his family.

During his stay in Myanmar, Rahul Vinci visited the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, a Roman Catholic church on the corner of Bogyoke Aung San Road and Bo Aung Kyaw Street in Botahtuang Township, Yangon. He was probably there to celebrate the birthday of one of his children.

On March 22, Rahul Vinci returned to Thailand from Myanmar and visited the Buddhist Heritage Center in Ayutthaya, where he stayed for nine days. Veronique Cartelli and the children had already flown out of Myanmar for another country.

During his nine-day stay in Thailand, Rahul Vinci met secretly with several women, including one from Uzbekistan. He was also met again by José Daniela of the Los Zetas Cartel, accompanied by a Spanish-speaking woman who spent at least one night with Rahul Vinci.

On March 31, Rahul Vinci left Thailand for Vietnam. We are still verifying the details of his stay.

He returned to Thailand from Vietnam on April 12 and stayed until April 16, before returning to India. During this trip, the son of Indian National Congress (INC) leader Satish Sharma, Sameer Sharma, accompanied Rahul, although it appears that he was unaware of Veronique Cartelli and the children.

Since the Special Protection Group (SPG) deemed Myanmar unsafe, Rahul Vinci only allowed them to accompany him till Thailand. He then travelled to Myanmar and other countries without SPG protection.

The Secrets of Rahul Vinci and Veronique Cartelli

In 2003, Gulf News reported that John M. Itty, a social activist and retired professor, filed a petition demanding that action be taken against Rahul Gandhi under the Immoral Trafficking Act for staying with his girlfriend Juanita at a resort in Kumarakom near Kottayam. The petitioner alleged that Rahul and Juanita stayed together at the lakeside resort for three days, despite not being married.

Although media reports suggested that their relationship ended in 2000, Rahul Gandhi admitted in an interview with Indian Express journalist Vrinda Gopinath in 2004 that his girlfriend’s name was Veronique. However, he misleadingly described her as “of Spanish origin and an architect by profession”.

Rahul Gandhi probably tried to disguise Cartelli’s true identity by claiming that she was of “Spanish descent” when in fact she is from Colombia, where Spanish is the official language. Our sources in Spain confirmed that Veronique Cartelli is not a Spanish citizen by birth.

It is worth noting that Veronique Cartelli was seen in public with Rahul Gandhi in 1998 when she attended his mother’s first rally in Delhi.

Although they were spotted together a few times after that, they have been meeting up very discreetly abroad lately. They have been spotted together in various locations including Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep. During their stay, Rahul Gandhi (alias Rahul Vinci) and Veronique Cartelli shared the same room and bed, and claimed to be “partners”, with Cartelli wearing an extremely expensive diamond ring. It has also come to light that Cartelli occasionally uses the alias Juanita Vinci to further disguise her true identity.

Rahul Vinci and the Nathalia Ramos controversy

In an attempt to mislead the Indian public about Rahul Vinci aka Rahul Gandhi’s relationship with Veronique Cartelli, some media outlets deliberately published pictures of a woman they claimed to be Cartelli. It was later revealed that the woman was actually Nathalia Ramos, a Spanish actress and political scientist. Ramos even shared a picture with Rahul on her Instagram account, praising him as “articulate” and “insightful”.

In her post, Ramos noted that she was “blessed to have the opportunity” to meet Rahul and other “brilliant thinkers.” Nathalia Ramos is best known for her roles as Yasmin in the 2007 film Bratz and as Nina Martin in the 2011 Nickelodeon television series House of AnubisShe also appeared in the music video for Prima J’s single “Rockstar”.

Nathalia’s Instagram post with Rahul Gandhi has received mixed reactions on social media. While some appreciated Gandhi’s remarks during the conversation, others trolled him for his comment on “dynasty politics” at UC Berkeley.

In a recent video, Nathalia Ramos was described as a “political powerhouse,” but a reliable source claims Rahul Gandhi is in a relationship with her and is using Nathalia as an “effective tool” to network with influential figures at the US Capitol and elsewhere, as well as with media outlets.

As these complex and controversial stories surrounding Rahul Vinci continue to surface, they cast a shadow over his public persona and political aspirations. The connections to powerful criminal syndicates, undisclosed relationships and the hidden life he leads abroad raise serious questions about the integrity and transparency of a man poised to shape India’s future. It becomes imperative that thorough investigations unearth the truth behind these allegations, to ensure that those in or aspiring to positions of power are held to the highest standards of integrity and public trust. While the full extent of these revelations remains to be seen, one thing is clear: Rahul Vinci’s story is far from over and the truth may yet shake the foundations of Indian politics.
