Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-focused Senior Systems Analyst to join our team in support of a large US government program in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Protects the employees, property and all valuables on the organization’s premises from avoidable damage or hazards.
  • Develops security policies and procedures that meet government guidelines and standards.
  • Conducts investigations to protect the organization’s assets.
  • Responds to unforeseen events such as bomb threats, sabotage, and extreme weather conditions with the assistance of on-site security personnel or with the assistance of government law enforcement agencies.
  • Advises if necessary to hire external security companies and may supervise the contractual security service.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience.
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
  • Solves complex problems; takes a fresh perspective using existing solutions.
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Serves as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

Basic requirements:

  • Experience in leading and coaching multiple teams and/or large groups.
  • 8-10 years of experience on C4ISR projects with significant contributions in two or more of the following CS/IA areas: CS/IA Compliance; Software Assurance and Security Engineering; System Security Architecture; System Security Analysis; Computer Network Defense (CND) Analysis; Threat Analysis; Exploit Analysis.
  • Experience leading one or more of the following CS/IA areas: CS/IA engineering design to resolve current or potential fleet problems; assessing CS/IA technology gaps; leading the design and deployment of CS/IA technologies; leading or supporting DoN and/or DoD CS/IA working groups; creating and proposing technical solutions to CS/IA gaps that did not previously exist, thereby making a significant contribution that will impact future capabilities in the CS/IA science and technology domain.
  • Experience in assessing, analyzing, and making recommendations, including CND, High Assurance, and ISSE, for critical CS/IA capabilities related to Navy GENSER NSS and DBS, including non-traditional IS, combat weapons systems, airborne avionics, HM&E, ICS/NCS, and SCADA systems.
  • One (1) year of experience is desired in Risk Management Framework (RMF), Navy RMF Process Guide, Information Assurance Technical Authority (IA TA) Standards including Defense-in-Depth Functional Implementation Architecture (DFIA); CYBERSAFE; and Navy Cyber ​​Situational Awareness (NCSA)
  • Experience in conducting CS reviews during Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR), Platform Technical Review Boards (PTRB) reviews, Engineering Change Request (ECR) reviews and Ship Change Document (SCD) reviews,
  • Experience performing CS testing and analysis to identify CS vulnerabilities across a wide range of National Security System (NSS) and Defense Business System (DBS) systems including non-traditional IS, combat/weapon systems, airborne avionics, HM&E, ICS/NCS, SCADA, and specialty networks.
  • Highly relevant experience may be evaluated in lieu of the formal degree requirement.
  • MS/BS degree
  • CISSP, ISSEP and/or ISSAP (and/or other advanced CS/IA security certifications).

Admission requirements:

  • American citizen
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time
  • Continuously operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copier, and computer printer
  • The person in this position will be required to occasionally move around the office to access filing cabinets, office machines, etc.

The expected compensation range for this position is $92,400-$154,100. There are several factors that may impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies relevant to the position specified, geographic location (for remote opportunities), education and certifications, as well as federal government contract labor categories. Additionally, ManTech invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
