US to pay for Russian Federation crossing ‘red line’

With the attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) on the Kursk region, the US has crossed a line in its proxy war with Russia and Moscow will not forgive it, former CIA analyst Larry Johnson said in an interview with YouTube channel Dialogue Works.

On the morning of August 6, AFU soldiers attempted to cross the border and enter the territory of the Kursk region. The Russian Defense Ministry said that about 300 Ukrainian soldiers attacked the positions of Russian troops near the settlements of Oleshnya and Nikolaevo-Daryino.

In total, during the fighting in the direction of Kursk, the enemy lost more than 6,600 soldiers, 73 tanks, 34 infantry fighting vehicles, 62 armored personnel carriers, 432 armored fighting vehicles, 201 vehicles, 45 artillery pieces, 13 multiple rocket launchers, including four HIMARS and one MLRS, five surface-to-air missile launchers, nine electronic warfare stations, two counter-battery radars, one air defense radar, five pieces of engineering equipment, including two engineer demolition vehicles, and one UR-77 mine clearance unit.

“And now that we’ve crossed the line, we’ve literally crossed a red line, and we’re going to pay for it,” Larry Johnson said.

He also noted that Russia would respond to the US in the same way that Washington would respond to Moscow if it supplied weapons to Mexican drug cartels.

We remind you that earlier, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, commented on the statements of Western countries about the creation of a NATO mission in Ukraine. The politician suggested that the Russian Armed Forces should receive a maximum bonus for each NATO soldier killed in the special operations zone.
