Seven states concentrate sexual exploitation; migrants and children are the most vulnerable

Since 2018, Mexico has recorded a continued increase in the number of victims of human trafficking, peaking in 2022 with 940 cases. However, a slight decrease was observed in 2023, with 935 victims reported throughout the year.
