What you will do:

As a CACI-SOAS SIGINT Analyst (Target Digital Network Analysis – TDNA), you will be a key member of a threat analysis and strategic planning team supporting Task Force 40-25 and providing direct support to U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands, and other strategic partners in the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations, and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will be responsible for providing mentoring, coaching, and training to less experienced employees within the Modernization Analyses, Assessment, and Planning Functional Group (MAAP) (I3C) and across the SOFETOPS enterprise within the SIGINT and CYBER technical area of ​​expertise. You will initiate new SIGINT and CYBER requirement processes, organize and implement program methodologies, and ensure input from other functional groups and technical staff is coordinated.

More about this role:

  • Provides specialized, senior-level expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis to acquire, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard SIGINT products in support of the SOFETOPS mission. Provides Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis of foreign basic and applied research and engineering, prototyping, design, technology transfer, developmental and operational testing, military employment, and integration of SIGINT technologies that impact U.S. and foreign military capabilities. Identifies current vulnerabilities and characterizes emerging threats to the government, while making recommendations for countering current and future associated threats.
  • Conducts requirements analyses, S&TI research and analyses, and produces completed S&TI assessments on emerging and disruptive technologies that have the potential to impact U.S. military operations.
  • Identifies technical capabilities and performance characteristics of foreign SIGINT systems.
  • Performs analyses of R&D processes and organizations involved in target SIGINT systems.
  • Prepares and delivers S&TI products in support of Department of Defense concepts, capability development, and acquisition customers. These products include subject matter briefs, intelligence notes, threat modules, threat briefings, and technical memoranda.
  • Works with I3C and embedded intelligence analysts to enrich and complement analytical insight and intelligence production efforts.
  • Collaborates with and coordinates products across DoD and IC agencies and organizations within the S&TI Enterprise.
  • Provides support for digital and analog analysis and analyzes commercial devices to determine how they are performing or should be performing, aiding in their characterization.
  • Identifies trends in threat development to anticipate future opportunities and reduce government costs.

You bring the following qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmentalized Information Security Clearance with CI Poly
  • A bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, an associate’s degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly applicable experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in operational coordination roles with responsibility within a tactical, operational, or strategic command at O-5 or higher level or while supporting a DoD contract of comparable size and scope.
  • 6 years of experience in the role of Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA) or MOS equivalent, depending on the service.
  • Experience with NSA/CSS or Joint/SOF organizations in targeting, intelligence analysis and/or supporting operations.
  • Experience in analyzing targeted signals and organizing global intelligence operations.
  • Knowledge of the tools, methods and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.

These qualifications would be nice to have:

  • Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.
  • Must be able to work independently with limited government supervision and function effectively as part of a team in a collaborative work environment.

The suggested salary range for this position is:
