The NSA and FBI team up to foil an al-Qaeda terrorist plot to blow up the New York City subway on the anniversary of 9/11.

To mark the 10th anniversary of 9/11, Al Qaeda planned a memorial attack on the United States. An Afghan American named Najibullah Zazi was trained in Pakistan to make bombs for use in the New York City subway. But Zazi and two other Americans were arrested by the FBI on the eve of the attack, and Zazi later confessed.
