US Air Force Reserve Officer at Arizona Base Charged with Alleged Child Sex Crimes

MARICOPA COUNTY, AZ (AZFamily) — A U.S. Air Force soldier serving with a combat unit in Arizona has been charged with multiple counts of sex crimes involving children.

Adam Greene, 46, faces 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after he was arrested Sept. 4 in Surprise.

Luke Air Force Base officials confirmed to Arizona’s Family that Greene is a reservist assigned to the 56th Fighter Wing, which is headquartered at the Arizona base. Officials declined to comment further because the case is still pending with the state of Arizona.

Court documents show that Greene has uploaded, shared or saved multiple images and videos of child pornography since September 2023. One image allegedly shows indecent images of a toddler or child.

According to authorities, one folder contained 46 images of child abuse material.

A search warrant was executed at Greene’s home in Surprise, and he was arrested during a traffic stop on Wednesday. Greene reportedly refused to answer questions and requested an attorney.

This is an ongoing criminal investigation.
