Fauquier County woman sentenced to 40 years in prison for child sexual exploitation

A Fauquier County woman was sentenced Thursday to 40 years in prison for sexual exploitation of children, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.

According to court documents, Anna Grace Layher, 27, of Bealeton, made sexually explicit videos and images of two children between 2023 and 2024. Both children — ages 6 and 3 — were her relatives.

According to court documents, Layher sent the videos to her boyfriend, Davey Jonathan Sisk, 29, of Culpeper.

Court officials said Layher pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a child on May 2. On July 9, she pleaded guilty to attempted sexual exploitation of a child and receiving child pornography.

In addition to her 40-year prison sentence, the judge also sentenced Layher to lifetime probation.

According to the court, Sisk will serve his sentence on October 21.
