RCSD: Bail Granted for Former Pastor Accused of Criminal Sexual Conduct

Irwin Wilson was charged by the RCSD on July 26 with criminal sexual acts with a minor in the first degree and criminal sexual acts with a minor in the third degree.

RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WOLO)– A man accused of criminal sexual conduct against a minor has been granted bail.

According to Richland County deputies, Irwin Wilson was charged on July 26 and was already a registered sex offender.

He was granted $150,000 bail. Other bail conditions were also imposed, including electronic monitoring.

Wilson was previously a pastor, real estate agent, and ran for mayor of Columbia in 2020.
