Kyrgyzstan will not take sides in global conflicts

EB: From day one, Kyrgyzstan has called for de-escalation, ceasefires and peace talks, emphasizing respect for the UN Charter. We are caught in the crossfire because we have strong ties with both Russia and Ukraine, with significant communities from both countries living here. But our priority is domestic progress. Internationally, we will maintain practical relations with all partners, actively participate in the UN and regional bodies, and resist external pressure. But we will not take sides. We will put nothing above our own national development.
