Border Crisis Betrayal: Ben Bergquam Criticizes Harris for Abandoning America’s Security and Sovereignty

Real America’s Voice correspondent and host of Law and Border Ben Bergquam delivered a scathing critique of the Biden administration’s handling of immigration, particularly with regard to the unfinished border wall. During a recent appearance on Steve Bannon’s WarRoom, Bergquam spoke about the severity of the border crisis, showing unused materials purchased for the wall left to rot in the desert.

His criticism specifically targeted Harris, whom he called “a liar” and “the border czar who allowed the largest invasion of America in American history.”

FOCUS ON THE BETRAYAL OF KAMALA HARRIS

Bergquam blamed Harris and Biden for the rise in illegal border crossings and the broader immigration crisis that is hitting US cities including New York, Chicago and Aurora, Colorado.

“Kamala Harris, you are a liar and the American people need to know that,” he said.

He accused Joe Biden and Kamala Harris of wasting these materials while claiming they wanted to address the border issue.

“Joe Biden and Kamala Harris let most of that (wall material) rot in the desert. They sold it for a fraction of the price,” Bergquam charged, adding that the administration made superficial attempts to secure the border just months before the 2024 elections.

Bergquam was reporting from a border area 20 miles east of Sasabe, Arizona, where he highlighted the perilous situation for migrants. He described encountering three Egyptian men, Coptic Christians fleeing persecution by the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. According to Bergquam, the men had been held captive by the Sinaloa cartel for 12 days and were held to ransom for their release. “There were tears in their eyes,” he said, as the men shared their harrowing experience of being caught between cartel brutality and the complex U.S. asylum process. When asked if they would recommend the trip to others, they replied, “Absolutely not,” underscoring the dangers migrants face.

THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT HAS FAILED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE

Bergquam’s message was clear: The U.S. government’s failure to secure the border is putting vulnerable people at risk while benefiting criminal organizations like the Sinaloa Cartel. “The left in America is inviting them to come through,” he said, adding that Biden and Harris’ policies are allowing illegal immigrants to cross the border unchecked. “Joe Biden and Kamala lie about that every day.”

In addition to exploiting migrants, Bergquam accused the government of smuggling drugs and people across the border, facilitated by the cartel’s control of certain areas. He pointed to two major smuggling routes near where he was stationed: “Two paths, one right behind me, one just west of me, where they’re smuggling drugs and people all day long.” Bergquam described how cartel members prepared to scale the border fence using ladders, but turned around when they saw him. “I guarantee you they came by later that day,” he noted, underscoring the scale of the problem and the arrogance of the cartels.

CRIMINAL CARTELS WILL NOT BE GOVERNED UNDER KAMALA HARRIS

Bergquam warned that the consequences of continued inaction would be catastrophic for the US, stressing that this issue is not just about Biden and Harris, but about the future of American sovereignty. “It’s about the people who are chanting, ‘No borders, no walls, no USA at all.’ That’s the foundation of the Democratic Party,” he argued. He urged Americans to take action in the upcoming 2024 elections, stating, “We have one chance to stop this… If you allow them to steal the election again in November, our country is gone.” Bergquam concluded by stressing that the fight is about electing President Trump, removing ineffective politicians, and strengthening border security to preserve the nation.
