A Tennessee police department investigating corruption at the local, state and federal levels has had its records seized, leading to a shocking revelation from the department’s assistant chief.

Next last week’s raid on the Millersville Police Departmentand a separate raid on the White House home of Millersville Assistant Police Chief Shawn Taylor appeared in a video to publicly expose what he calls an international criminal syndicate operating within the US

Taylor said the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation targeted the police department to uncover crimes involving high-profile individuals. These crimes included mortgage fraud and trafficking in both humans and narcotics. Taylor went far beyond local corruption and suggested that the cases were connected to national and global networks, involving major corporations and even foreign governments.

The naming of a “multifaceted attack from a foreign opponent,” Taylor said the transnational corruption involves the BRICS countries, including China, and is related to the integrity of the elections.

The BRICS group is not a formal organization like the United Nations, but a bloc created by Russia that provides a platform for its member states to challenge the US and its Western allies. The founding members, along with Russia, are Brazil, India and China. Together, the countries that make up the BRICS account for more than 40% of the world’s population and a quarter of the world’s economy.

More than 40 countries have expressed interest in joining the bloc, including Iran, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Argentina and Cuba.

According to Taylor, local, municipal, provincial and federal politicians are being bribed to prevent corruption from becoming known.

Regarding last week’s raids, Taylor said the TBI “seized evidence related to corruption that we had locally and that was related to corruption at the national level, and they seized all of our files, so we can no longer close these cases.” Things are moving forward in other states “and other arenas” according to Taylor, despite the files and information being taken.

Millersville Police Chief Bryan Morris told media last week that TBI seized department laptops and files during the raid. Morris said they were already trying to turn those items over to TBI.

“I think it’s a retaliatory measure,” said Morris. “We would have given them access to everything they asked for, without any show of force.”

Morris believes the raid was carried out to undermine the credibility of the Millersville Police Department.

Last month, Morris confirmed that the department’s access to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCen) had been restricted.

FinCen, a financial crime database, is used to track and combat financial crimes such as money laundering and terrorism-related crime. According to Morris, reports from the database are often used when law enforcement is trying to track money flows related to a case.

TBI told Morris the restriction was the result of a “standard audit.”
