Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8 is a reality TV show hosted by none other than superstar Nagarjuna Akkineni. This latest season has grabbed a lot of attention from viewers for its entertainment factor. Recently, Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8 broke records with billions of watch minutes.

Not only that, but it has also become one of the most watched seasons in history. Thrilled with joy, Nagarjuna took to his X-handle to share the success of Bigg Boss Telugu 8. He wrote, “5.9 billion minutes of record breaking viewership. The power of entertainment. BIGGBOSTELUGU8 just broke records of watch minutes and ratings.”

Nagarjuna further wrote that he feels honoured to be a part of the show. “I feel thrilled and honoured to witness your love that has taken Bigg Boss to incredible new heights! Meanwhile, this is Nagarjuna’s sixth consecutive season as the host of Bigg Boss Telugu. Before him, Jr NTR and Nani were part of this reality TV show. In Bigg Boss Telugu, contestants are locked in a house where they compete with each other and perform tasks to win prize money.

Bigg Boss Telugu 8 airs on TV at 9:30 PM on weekdays. On weekends, the show premieres at 9:00 PM. The show is also available on OTT giant Disney+ Hotstar.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Nagarjuna is all set to share the screen with Dhanush and Rashmika Mandanna in Kubera. The film, directed by Sekhar Kammula, will reportedly revolve around the life of a homeless man who becomes a rich mafia. Nagarjuna could play an officer who is tasked with arresting Dhanush’s character. However, the plot details of Kubera have not been revealed by the makers yet.

Nagarjuna was last seen in the film Naa Saami Ranga, directed by Vijay Binni. This film was the official adaptation of the Malayalam film Porinju Mariam Jose.
