Utah mother accused of human trafficking her own daughter – says she charged $20 ‘per session’ and watched it all happen

Some crimes you read about and you just can’t imagine how a person could be so mean. In this case we’re talking about two people. And one crime, against all expectations, may be even more offensive than the other.

A mother in Provo, Utah, was arrested last week, according to a court affidavit. Provo City Police — accused of an absolutely shocking 76 child sex crimes. 42 counts of first-degree felonies of human trafficking of a child. 30 counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. Two counts of sodomy on a child. Two counts of serious sexual abuse of a childAnd they all involved her own daughter.

The 38-year-old mother (whose name is being withheld to protect the victim’s identity) allegedly made sexually explicit videos of her daughter and uploaded them to a video messaging app Frog for a known child molester. Officers say Chris Zeeman52, the mother would pay for these videos. But it gets worse.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by a local media outlet KSLSeamann also came to visit — and paid the mother to perform sexual acts on the child. The mother told police that this had been going on for five or six years, about 10 times in total. Her daughter is now 10 years old. So this has been going on since she was 4. Just despicable.

The mother told authorities that Seamann (pictured above) paid her $20 “per session” with the girl. Twenty f**king dollars. Sorry, but… What the hell.

She noted that he “also purchased gifts and treats for the victim to engage in sexual acts” and also paid for hotel rooms. The most recent in-person incident was less than two weeks ago, on Sept. 3. The mother “described (the) incident in graphic detail” to police, according to the sworn statement. And shockingly, she admitted to “sitting on a bench in the hotel room and seeing all of this.” In total, she received a laptop and $125 this time. For the soul of her daughter. JFC.

The woman did indicate that she was coerced, telling investigators that “he forced her to do it and threatened her by saying something along the lines of ‘he’ll do what he has to do.’” However, he “never made any explicit threats.”

Police eventually discovered this plan thanks to a cyber tip from officials at Kik who flagged the messages she was sending. Police worked with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and compared the girl in the videos to the woman’s daughter on her social media accounts. Thinking it was the same girl, they approached the mother and came to this confession.

Seamann, who has already been on the National Sex Offender Registry for a 1993 conviction for first-degree forcible sexual assault, was arrested on September 6 in Mesquite, Nevada. He has been charged with First Degree Felony: Sodomy of a Child, Rape of a child in the first degreethree counts of Second Degree Crime: Sexual Abuse of a ChildAnd Third degree felony, indecent assault on a child.

We simply cannot imagine how any mother could knowingly allow this to happen to a child, let alone her own daughter. Simply horrifying.
