Illia devoted himself to strength and bodybuilding training, in 2014 he absolutely won the Sledčan competition in the bench press, but he did not do competitive powerlifting anymore, apparently also due to his injuries. Although he later also achieved extreme muscle development, he was never attracted to the bodybuilding stage either.

Around 2019, Illia already paid for a real giant and at the age of 31, with a height of 185 cm, he weighed 160 kg, while the circumference of his arms should be an incredible 65 cm. He also shared his methods and experiences in seminars, which were mainly aimed at gaining muscle mass, and later he did not shy away from public discussion about the use of prohibited substances.

Illia came to international prominence in 2020, when he became the face of the American brand 5% Nutrition and moved to the US. He would become a kind of “new Rich Piano” (he died in 2017 at the age of 46) who built the brand. Thanks to his language skills, he managed to attract a foreign audience via YouTube, whom he provided with videos focused on his extreme “fitness” lifestyle. Later, he parted ways with 5% Nutrition and Illia moved to Dubai, which has become home to a number of bodybuilders and influencers during the pandemic. Illia appeared in several videos there alongside Larry Wheels, with whom he again discussed not only training, but also the so-called dark side of fitness, and later also presented his own line of nutritional supplements and clothing.

Together they discussed all of Illio’s life changes, including his youth in Belarus, the difficult move to the Czech Republic, his work in America and Dubai, his relationship with banned substances, health problems and business.
