Operations Analyst 3 at Wyetech – Annapolis Junction, Maryland

Exploitation analysts have many of the same skills as DNEAs, but their primary mission is more focused on exploitation. In addition to maintaining a DNEA-level understanding of enemy networks, exploitation analysts must understand network defenses and vulnerabilities in order to create exploitation plans and make operational adjustments.

Required qualifications

  • TS/SCI with client-level poly
  • Ten (10) years of experience and an Associate Degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, history, communications, languages ​​and cultures, international relations, and political science) are preferred, but a degree in another field is acceptable.
  • Or

  • Eight (8) years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, history, communications, languages ​​and cultures, international relations, and political science) are preferred, but a degree in another field is acceptable.
  • OR

  • Six (6) years of experience and a master’s degree in the liberal arts (e.g., English, history, communications, languages ​​and cultures, international relations, and political science) are preferred, but a degree in any other field is acceptable.
  • OR

  • Four (4) years of experience and a doctoral degree in a field with a liberal arts background (e.g., English, history, communications, languages ​​and cultures, international relations, and political science) are preferred, but a degree in another field is acceptable.

Relevant experience

  • Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development/analysis. Additionally, it may include hardware and/or software engineering, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information security, systems engineering, and/or network and systems administration. Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber ​​Analysis Course) will be counted toward the relevant experience requirement (i.e., a 24-week JCAC course counts as 6 months of experience).
  • 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber subjects equals an Associate’s degree
