Gerard Butler returns in trailer for ‘Den of Thieves 2: Pantera’ sequel

Lionsgate Movie has released the first trailer for the sequel ‘Den of Thieves 2: Pantera’ starring Gerard Butler.

Gerard Butler (Plane, Has Fallen series) and O’Shea Jackson Jr. (Straight Out of Compton, Godzilla: King of the Monsters) return in the sequel to the 2018 action film hit.

Big Nick (Butler) is back on the hunt in Europe and is getting closer to Donnie (Jackson), who has become entangled in the treacherous and unpredictable world of diamond thieves and the notorious Panther Mafia. Together they plan a huge heist on the largest diamond exchange in the world.

The film is directed by Christian Gudegast and the cast includes Michael Bisping, Salvatore Esposito, Orli Shuka, Evin Ahmad, Cristian Solimeno, Nazmiye Oral, Yasen Zates Atour, Giuseppe Schillaci, Dino Kelly, Rico Verhoeven, Velibor Topic and Antonio Bustorff.

The film will be released in U.S. theaters on January 15, 2025.
