GTA 6 Story Leak Features Corrupt Cops, Russians Causing Chaos, Fast & Furious Missions

According to a new rumor, the GTA 6 story will feature “corrupt cops” and Russians trying to cause chaos. Of course, the former is nothing new to the Big Theft Auto series. Corrupt cops have appeared in previous games. Sometimes they are even prominent antagonists, as in GTA San Andreas. Russia, is newer. The Russian mafia plays a role in GTA 2 and sometimes it showed up in the GTA Trilogybut that’s all.

The new rumor comes from popular YouTuber Legacy Killa HD, who occasionally shares inside information about Rockstar Games. According to the YouTuber, there are “corrupt cops” and reportedly a corrupt chief. How prominent these corrupt cops are, the YouTuber doesn’t say, but a corrupt chief sounds like they would play at least a somewhat important role, since that’s a prominent figure.

Additionally, the YouTuber claims that “Russians are creating chaos,” but he doesn’t elaborate. So it’s unclear whether Russians literally means the Russian government and intelligence services, the Russian mafia, or just a few Russian agents.

Other details of the story that the YouTuber recently revealed include that Lucia is the central character in the story, just as Michael was in GTA 5The last one Big Theft Auto game has three protagonists, but Michael is undoubtedly the central one of the trio. Speaking of protagonists, the YouTuber notes that Lucia and Jason have separate intro missions.

The rumor is offset by the revelation that the main story is shorter than Red Dead Redemption 2something that earlier rumors already suggested. In the meantime, it sounds like the story will be quite grounded, despite the fact that there are some insane and over-the-top missions in it.

“The main story is shorter than Red Death 2a central theme of a few sources is criminals figuring things out. Family issues. Sounds like a more grounded story to me, but there’s still a lot of the usual madness in missions,” the YouTuber adds. “I’ve heard some people are inspired by the Fast & Furious movies, like there is supposedly something like the vault chase scene below from Fast 5.

Of course, everything here should be taken with a grain of salt. In other words, everything here is nothing more than a rumor, and even if it’s true, that doesn’t mean it’s true. Rockstar Games is known for cutting hours and hours of content during the game’s development, sometimes shaping and changing huge aspects of the game.

At the time of publication, Rockstar Games has not commented on this rumor in any way. It normally does not comment on rumors and speculation, so we don’t expect this to change, but if it does, we’ll update the story accordingly/
